Shaun Jonas was born in Irvine, California to two South African, Jewish immigrant parents. He attended Chapman University, where he graduated with a degree in Creative Writing. He fell in love with writing comedy and performing for friends, so he pursued this interest further by taking classes at Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) and The Groundlings after graduation. To deepen his acting skills, Shaun began training at the Margie Haber Studio and has taken private acting lessons with various instructors in the area. He hopes you enjoy his work and, until Hollywood calls, you may find him bartending.
